Have the Confidence to Speak Up?

Do you have a hard time speaking up?

Do you have a hard time saying something when you disagree with the other person? You know you totally disagree with what they are saying but you don’t have the confidence to say something?

“I completely disagree with you, Jane!”

Or, let’s say they are suggesting something, like a restaurant, but you don’t want to go there?

But how about if you would just prefer to pick the restaurant this time?

“Actually, I would like to pick the restaurant this time!”

How about when someone has really hurt you or upset you? Do you have the courage to let them know how you feel?
