SIMPLE SPROUT SALAD RECIPE
Once you begin growing your own sprouts, you’ll find many ways to use them in your meals. Here is a simple sprout salad recipe to try.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mung Sprouts
- 1 cup Adzuki Sprouts
- 1 cup Lentil Sprouts
- 1 cup Broccoli Sprouts
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 cup scallions chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Toss the sprouts and vegetables in a bowl together.
- In a glass jar, add the spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Shake vigorously to combine.
- Drizzle half of the dressing on top of the salad and toss to coat all vegetables. Chill until serving and then top with remaining dressing. Enjoy!
