SIMPLE SPROUTED SALAD

Mung Sprouts

Adzuki Sprouts

Lentil Sprouts

Broccoli Sprouts

cucumber
diced

tomato
diced
1/2
cup
scallions
chopped
1/4
cup
extra virgin olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice
2
tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
curry
1/2
tsp
dry mustard
1
tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Instructions
Toss the sprouts and vegetables in a bowl together.
In a glass jar, add the spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Shake vigorously to combine.
Drizzle half of the dressing on top of the salad and toss to coat all vegetables. Chill until serving and then top with remaining dressing. Enjoy!
