In this episode of Simply Living Wellness, Donna Abreu interviews guest, Ynge Ljung, about what causes allergies, sensitivities, and food intolerances. Allergies have become so prevalent today. Almost everyone suffers from some kind of allergy or food intolerance. Most people don’t even know they have allergies.
An allergy is not just about sneezing or having itchy eyes. Diseases such as celiac disease, Alzheimer’s, and Hashimoto and celiac are thought to be caused from wheat. In this episode, we talk about what causes an allergy or sensitivity. We also look at solutions. If you are suffering from any kind of condition such as joint or muscle pain, a chronic illness, or sensitivities to certain foods, and would like to feel better, then this episode if for you.
What Is an Allergy
An allergy is a false reaction to something that should be good for you, especially in the case of food allergies. Childhood allergies exist for children to build up their immune systems, yet from an overload of vaccinations, many of which contain aluminum and mercury still (a deadly combination), the natural defenses of the body cannot develop. With repeated generations of vaccinations, babies today are born much weaker than generations before.
If you had an immune system working at 100% you wouldn’t get any allergies or illnesses.
Some of What Causes Allergies
The introduction of fast food in the 1950’s played a large component to the development of allergies. In China, Type II diabetes didn’t exist until the fast food chains were established. Now, approximately 12% of the Chinese population has Type II diabetes.
Fast foods contain chemical additives and very little “real” food.
Solutions to Allergies
Eating Organic is the number one solution to preventing allergies. Food is they medicine. Ynge talks about the significant importance of eating organic. The heavy spraying of roundup on crops (wheat in particular) in the United States infuses glyphosate into the foods. Glyphosate destroys the pathway where the enzymes, probiotics and good bacteria need to travel.
How can we digest the food without digestive enzymes?
Ynge tells the story of becoming a NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques) practitioner and using this protocol to treat her patients’ allergies – her focus being on autistic children. NAET treatments were too costly and time consuming for parents, and so Ynge developed The Allergy Kit which allows parents to treat in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. One kit can be used for all members of the family over and over again, indefinitely.
Each Allergy Kit has seven vials plus a stress vial. Ynge tells the story of one patient, a child, that had severe eczema. After treating the child for chicken, a key component of the base Allergy Kit, her eczema went away completely.
Discover why even vegans who don’t eat eggs or chicken need to be treated for these foods.
Another essential component of the base Allergy Kit is sugar. The average American eats an approximately 70 pounds of sugar in one year.
Learn how to get rid of sugar cravings for good.
Over half of the American population is on an anti-depressant. Yet Ynge explains how serotonin, the “feel good” hormone, is created in the gut not in the brain. A specific bacteria has to travel this same pathway to pick up the serotonin hormone and then travel to the brain through the vagus nerve. As we’ve already pointed out, glyphosate blocks this pathway preventing serotonin from ever reaching the brain.
Antidepressants are the not the solution to depression, only a band aid.
Treat the gut and watch the depression disappear.
Testing for Allergies
Allergies and intolerances can be to literally anything including emotions! Feeling like you never have quite enough in your bank to pay all your bills each month? Well, you could actually be allergic to money!
You can go to a chiropractor that specializes in applied kinesiology and get muscled tested for different foods, your supplements, and other environmental factors such as the many toxins that exist in our food, in the air and water. I have also been to a local chiropractor that has a biofeedback machine that tests for these items. It can get quite costly and time consuming, however, to test for every item possibbly, including emotions.
There is a blood test you can do from your own home as well as a test that uses a hair sample. You can learn more at Modern Allergy Management.
