Clean Eating Won’t Solve Anything
Clean eating alone won’t solve your health issues. Are you making an effort to eat clean? Like reducing processed foods, chemicals, damaging seed oils, going BPA-free, organic, and all those great things.
You can eat “clean” until you’re blue in the face, and it won’t resolve your unexplained health issues until you clean up the neurotoxins that are already in your body.
Eating “clean” will prevent further neurotoxicity in your body, which is a good thing, but it won’t clear up those chronic health issues until you get rid of the neurotoxins that are already in your cells causing cellular inflammation. These have likely been there for decades. Your entire life actually! Newborns today are born with toxicity already in their bodies, since it’s passed in utero.
These neurotoxins stuck in the body cause cellular inflammation which can lead to multiple chronic health issues, such as the following:
Cellular inflammation can lead to a variety of symptoms and health issues, which can be both acute and chronic. Here are some common symptoms and conditions associated with cellular inflammation:
Chronic Fatigue: Persistent tiredness that doesn’t improve with rest.
Pain and Discomfort: Joint pain, muscle aches, and general discomfort.
Digestive Issues: Bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Skin Problems: Rashes, acne, eczema, and other skin conditions.
Mental Health Issues: Depression, anxiety, and mood swings.
Weight Gain: Especially around the abdomen, which is often associated with chronic inflammation.
Frequent Infections: Reduced immune function leading to recurrent infections.
Autoimmune Diseases: Conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and multiple sclerosis.
Cardiovascular Problems: High blood pressure, atherosclerosis, and other heart-related issues.
Metabolic Disorders: Insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.
Allergies and Asthma: Increased sensitivity and reactions to allergens.
Brain Fog: Difficulty concentrating, memory issues, and cognitive decline.
Sleep Disturbances: Insomnia or poor quality of sleep.
General Malaise: A sense of feeling unwell without a specific cause.
If this cellular inflammation goes on for many years, it can lead to more serious health issues like Type II Diabetes, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Crohn’s Disease, Hasimoto’s just to name a few.
