How to Politely Say ‘No Thank You’

How to Politely Say ‘No Thank You’

How to politely say “No Thank You”

You first have to decide if this is someone you want in your life AT ALL. It’s important to categorize the people in your life. I know it sounds crazy and a but inhumane, but it’s important to know this BEFORE interacting with people, so that you know what responses to have handy.

If it’s someone you want in your life, but perhaps limited to certain activities or just in group situations, then how about…

“Thank you. I’m really just taking a break from going out and partying right now. I’m focused on my health and cleansing. How about we go for a walk or a yoga class or Qigong.”

Or here’s another possibility… “Thank you. My focus right now is my business and I look forward to seeing you at the next Garden Goddess event”, or whatever event you might go that you would see them in a group setting.

If this is someone you don’t want in your life, then give a simple response about a truth for you, like int he examples above, but whatever you do… DON’T follow up with an alternative suggested plan or activity. Save that for the people you want to keep in your life.

I go into a lot more detail of these various scenarios in my training, the “Nice Girl’s Guide to Saying No”. It’s free and I’ll send you a direct link. Just drop me a comment below.

If you struggle with always being that “nice girl”, again… drop me a DM and I’ll send you a replay of a training I did… “The Nice Girl’s Guide to Saying No”. No optin required. I’ll send it over to you in messenger.
