Welcome! I'm Donna

I'm a mom of two. I live in a rural part of Northern California in the Sierra Mountain foothills. I feel blessed to be part of such an amazing community of educated people that have good consciousness, a strong openness and awareness, and a desire for living healthy, spiritual and adventurous lives.

It's been my passion for years to learn about self healing, alternative medicine, nutrition, and anything and everything to do with wellness.

Wellness is not just about addressing  physical symptoms, but looking at healthcare holistically. Wellness to me, means living a holistic lifestyle where one takes care of their physical and emotional body, their mind AND their spirit.

I do look forward to getting to know all of YOU and invite you to join me on your journey to optimal wellness in all areas of your life.

More About Me
  • The advice in this training is simply amazing. I can see and feel the changes day by day… I’ve stopped obsessing over my toxic ex and have cut out all contact (despite how uncomfortable it made him feel). I’m saying YES to myself more often and doing things for me, and I noticed I’ve actually stopped self-medicating with junk food or alcohol. Oh and our CEO actually commended me on my performance in meetings!”

  • I felt like I was on the edge of burning out and losing everything… I was definitely stressed out of my mind and the exercise was a total game changer for me. I can finally be myself, speak my truth, and I actually have a better connection with my kids instead of just keeping my head down and trying to please everyone all the time!

  • "Donna's "Master Your No” class taught me the valuable skill of pausing before responding to requests, allowing me time to consider my true desires. I also learned techniques for tapping into and managing emotions that trigger me, leading to greater emotional awareness and control. The class environment felt incredibly safe, encouraging me to open up and share my personal story with confidence."
